You are challenged each day to participate in the activities listed on the calendar.
Each week (by 3.05pm on a Friday) we would like you to upload your task sheet, along with any photos or videos! High achievers / hard workers will get a shout out on our Facebook and Twitter pages!!
On Tuesday 30th June we would like you to submit your final task sheet, videos and photos. The most dedicated fitness fanatics will be entered into a prize draw on Wednesday 1st July:
- 1st £20 amazon voucher
- 2nd £10 amazon voucher
- 3rd £5 amazon voucher
