Wrexham Schools Maths Competition
Four Year 9 students represented Ysgol Rhiwabon in the Wrexham Schools Maths competition.
They competed against 11 other teams over a gruelling series of problem-solving tasks.

The students came 2nd overall, being narrowly beaten by 2 points. They were exceptionally well behaved, polite and a credit to the school.
Mrs Beveridge, Curriculum Leader for Maths, who accompanied the students said,
‘The team did themselves proud today and showed an exceptional level of problem solving skill. They worked today as a team, communicating throughout.’
