Hope House Launch Dragons’ Lair
On Friday December 6th, Vicky Bradbeer from the charity Hope House visited Ysgol Rhiwabon to launch the Dragons’ Lair initiative to the Year 10 students.
As part of this exciting project, all Year 10 students have been working hard to create business plans, design marketing campaigns, and prepare pitches to present to local business owners.
To wrap up the term, Year 10 students will also organise and host a ‘Christmas Fair’ on the last day of term. All proceeds from the event will be donated to Hope House.

Daniel Edwards – Owner of i-Prospect
Ben Spruce – Chief Financial Officer at Kronospan
Vicky Bradbeer – Area Fundraiser for Hope House Children’s Hospices
Mrs. Helen Sava, Assistant Headteacher said,
” I would like to thank the Hope House Dragons for being able to listen to the students marketing ideas and for taking the time to be part of such an important item in the school curriculum”.
