🗣️ Diwrnod Shwmae Su’mae at Ysgol Rhiwabon! 🏫
Shwmae! Sut wyt ti?
To celebrate Diwrnod Shwmae Su’mae, pupils at Ysgol Rhiwabon are being encouraged to use as much Welsh as possible
throughout the school day.
Every time pupils are heard speaking Welsh, they have the opportunity to collect a special sticker. Pupils will collect their
stickers throughout the day, with a friendly competition taking place to see who can collect the most stickers in each form!
🏆
The challenge is all about encouraging everyone to have a go at using Welsh, whether that is a simple
“Shwmae!”, “Bore
“Shwmae!”, “Bore
da!”, “Diolch!” or a longer Welsh conversation.
It is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate our Welsh language and encourage pupils to use Welsh confidently beyond their
Welsh lessons and throughout the wider school.
Pob lwc i bawb! Good luck everyone!
Diolch
