The office is open from 10.30am-2.30pm and is a drop-in so no appointment necessary.

The service provides free, impartial information, advice and assistance for:

  • Parents and carers of children and young people aged 0-19
  • Childcare settings and their workforce
  • Employers and employees
  • Health, education and social care professionals working with families
  • Organisations & agencies supporting parents and families

  • working parents and their employers to access information about services and entitlements available to them;
  • parents access the services they may need;
  • young parents (14-25 year olds) with personal, practical and parenting skills;
  • parents of disabled children and children with specific needs access services.
