The files are in Adobe Acrobat6 format (".pdf" files), and you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to read them.
This can be downloaded for free, from adobe, by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page.
If you are not on broadband the files will take a few minutes to download, and it may be preferable to "right-click" on them, choose "save target as...", and save them to your computer's hard drive to open later.
