Ysgol Rhiwabon and Dee Valley Community Partnership (DVCP) in a joint collaboration, have recently established an after school facility at the Ebenezer Centre in Cefn Mawr.

The centre is open from 3.15pm to 6pm Monday to Friday during term time for students from the Cefn and surrounding areas to use, regardless of which secondary school they attend.

The facility is a pioneering move by Ysgol Rhiwabon and DVCP under the Clybiau Plant Cymru Kid’s Clubs Project for Wales.

A recent conference in Wrexham saw Paul Tincello, Manager of DVCP and Giles Evans, Business Manager at Ysgol Rhiwabon, explain the success of the venture to date and the plans for future development under the project.
