Accepted.

2. Matters arising
If Sixth Form cannot attend Governors meetings, send next most senior year.

3. Training for school councillors
Youth Service will do this.

ACTION MRL- Mr. Leather to rganise for next half term.


4. Elections to Council

1. Year Council meeting need to be held.
2. When is best time for election?
3. How long should councillors be in post?

ACTION MRL- Mr. Leather to

1. Ask LL’s to hold before next school council.
3. Best for 2 years to make most of training.

5. School Dinners
Feedback on dinners required. School meals service will attend next meeting.

ACTION MRL- Council Reps/LLs to get et feedback from forms.


6. Dinner Queues
Problems pushing and shoving in queues outside. Crush around doors a problem for students trying to get in. Chairs need moving?

ACTION - Mr. Leather to arrange to move queues away from doors. Move chairs? Make a mark for where queues start? Discuss with SLT.


7. Home-School Agreement
Copies to reps.

ACTION - Reps to read and report back next time.


8. Next Meeting
Friday 18 June period 2.
