Having read more of the website - it is a TOTALLY different school to the one I remember - students are more involved with the whole school thing, I find it difficult to comprehend that this is the same place. Not that I didnt "enjoy" school, but I was an outsider from the getgo, having come from Cheshire, it was very difficult for me to be accepted into a 'Click" of friends. But I was and I thank each & everyone of you. Is the school uniform still the same? Do you even have a unform anymore? Our Headmaster was Mr Glynn Jones - I dont have very fond memories of him as I wasnt an academic!! Mrs Jackie McGowan was my head of year. Mr G Hughes - Welsh. Mr Ken Jones-Chemistry. Mrs Tomlinson - Home Ec.Ms Hughes - PE. Memory fails me - I can visualise faces - but cant remember their names!!

Hi - Trudy Thomas (nee Jones) 1972-1976. Yes I agree we need an "oldies" page !! I was the school swimmer & high diver. It was a shock to see all the changes that have occured since I left. I now live in Texas,USA. Last came to the UK in 1999. Still awaiting the next reunion by the way!! Top school was for 4th & 5th yrs & bottom school was for 3rd yrs & the 6th form. Reading the comments from students about the buildings & teachers - gives me a whole new way to imagine the school I left in 1976 & lower 6th.
