Year 11 mock interviews

Members of the local Rotary and Inner Wheel clubs, gave their time to provide our students with the opportunity to experience an interview, and to have written feedback and advice.
We had very positive feedback from the students who took part.

Two year 11 pupils give their account of the day:-
On the 15th of October year 11 had mock interviews with the Rotary Club in the school library.
We were nervous at first, but the interviewers put us at ease. We had to shake hands with them and it was like a real interview. We talked about hobbies, interests, and work experience. We also discussed our career choices and grades in school.
We feel that this helped a lot and gave us an idea of what a real interview would be like.
It gave us more confidence, and we feel more prepared for next time.
